My name is Joe Hoffman. I've owned and operated a Tier 2 Composting Facility (which means it's permitted to process food residuals in addition to leaves, wood chips, etc.) since 2015. I currently produce about 80 cubic yards of compost, and a similar amount of enhanced topsoil, every month.
